We offer two training options:
SCHOOL BASED OR COMMUNITY DRIVEN
A school-based truancy prevention training equips interested middle and high schools. A "community-driven model" training equips concerned mediators, citizens, nonprofits, or faith communities interested in adopting their local schools and providing RESTORE FOCUS as a locally-driven program. We equip and prepare you to RESTORE FOCUS with students and their parents by helping to identify problem areas, removing barriers, setting goals and restore hope through a 60 hour training program. Learn more by clicking the training option that best fits you.
Together, we'll equip you to know how to neutrally sit on the bench of life and work out challenges with students and their families.

We offer 2 parent workshops to equip and support parents as leaders at home.
Based on Bowen's Family System Theory and Defining Self, we coach parents to recognize how to respond differently by understanding their family context, learning strategies to neutrally engage vs. emotionally react, and plan/prepare for negative feedback when one says no. These workshops are designed from our learnings in child welfare, education neglect, truancy, and personal experiences.
